Welcome to West Chiltington & Thakeham Cricket Club

West Chiltington agreed to a merger, with near neighbours Thakeham, in late 2000 at their AGM. On this site you will find results of all matches for both adults' and colts' teams from 2001 to the present day as well as forthcoming fixtures and all club statistics. Our main website can be found below (colts, social news, history, pictures etc.) so do make sure you visit both sites by using the links between them.

Our colts are starting to make an impression in West Sussex - the U14s were runners up in the Sussex Junior Cricket Festival Plate Final in 2007 and the U12s repeated the feat a year later.

The 2009 season brings a tremendous sense of optimism. We have installed three fabulous new permanent nets at the Rec. and a few new players have been recruited to help the 1st and 2nd XIs challenge for promotion. As many village sides struggle to continue due to lack of numbers, West Chilt. and Thakeham is investing in improved facilities and their youth so the Club can flourish for years to come.
